Responsibilities Configuring and tailoring advanced automation solutions based on specific customer requirements and technical specifications. Leading and executing the safe and efficient commissioning of automated systems on-site at customer locations worldwide. Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting to international clients to ensure optimal operational reliability. Serving as the core technical link between internal R&D/development teams and external end-users. Training and onboarding customers' operators and technical personnel during the final system handover.

Qualifications The ideal candidate is an adaptable and technically skilled problem-solver who thrives on traveling and collaborating in international environments. You possess strong communication skills and are motivated by delivering top-tier support and service with a customer-centric mindset. To succeed in this role, you must have: Proven experience or a relevant technical degree in automation, electrical engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced technical systems or industrial machinery. Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively support global customer contacts. High flexibility and a strong willingness to travel internationally to client locations worldwide. Prior experience providing technical support or field service for complex industrial networks. Knowledge of PLC programming, industrial IT infrastructure, or control systems. Experience delivering technical training to client operators and maintenance teams post-commissioning.
