Surveyor

As a Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:

o Carry out topographic surveys and dimensional checks on site

o Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and graphic documentation

o Monitor correct execution of works in accordance with the approved project

o Draft quantity take-offs, cost accounting, and progress reports (SAL)

o Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

o Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 or local equivalent)

o Support works management with document control and liaison with public authorities

o Conduct periodic site inspections and produce technical reports
