Brand Marketing Coordinator - 40%

To our exciting client within retail we are now looking for a junior Brand Marketing Coordinator for a part time assignment of 40%. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sample unpacking, inventory management, and storage

Prepare and pack samples for send-outs, including creating proformas and shipping documentation

Maintain the sample room and showroom to ensure an organized and presentation-ready environment

Organize and manage the PR sample archive, tracking movements, returns, and stock levels

Assist the PR team with event preparation, gifting, and operational PR activities

Provide general administrative support to the Brand PR team

Requirements

Relevant education or current studies in communications, marketing, or martech

Availability to work part-time from October 2026 through March 2027

Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish skills

Strong organizational capability and attention to detail

About the assignment For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at Digitalenta.
