"CEO"

We are looking for a "CEO" to join the management team of one of our clients.

Job responsibilities

· Define and execute the company’s strategic direction in alignment with the Board’s vision.

· Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

· Leverage investment banking expertise to structure deals, evaluate opportunities, and optimize capital allocation.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, regulators, and other stakeholders.

· Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team to achieve organizational excellence.

· Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and with key partners.

Job competence requirements

· Proven executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent in a financial services or investment-related organization.

· Strong background in investment banking with deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and deal structuring.

· Demonstrated success in leading complex organizations and driving business growth.

· Strong international exposure; experience working in Europe is highly preferred.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
