Data Analyst for food delivery platform

About Hotmat.se Hotmat.se is a growing Swedish food delivery company that partners with restaurants across Sweden. We develop and maintain our own digital platforms and are looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand our business better and make smarter, faster decisions.

Job Description As a Data Analyst at Hotmat.se, you will be responsible for turning our order, delivery, and customer data into clear insights that support the business. You will work closely with our leadership and development team to build reporting that helps us track performance, spot problems early, and grow more efficiently.

Responsibilities Analyze order, delivery, and customer data to identify trends and issues Clean, structure, and prepare data from multiple sources (orders, deliveries, payments, customer feedback) to ensure quality and consistency Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from our databases Use Python and pandas for deeper analysis on larger datasets Present findings in a clear, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with the development team on data collection and quality

Required Skills SQL Python and pandas Excel Data cleaning and preparation Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
