Together with over 87,000 employees across 40 countries and our global network of partners, LTM owns business outcomes for our clients, helping them not just outperform the market, but to Outcreate it. https://www.ltm.com/ We are looking for Delivery Manager with below expertise: · Coordination between Project Managers, SMEs, technical leads, offshore, onsite and customer stakeholders · Work with Project manager, Transition manager for preparation of the project plan/schedules, daily, weekly & monthly status reports and publish as per the schedule · Steer/attend weekly & monthly calls and Adhoc calls when needed · Work on Service Improvement plan and Transformation initiatives · Stakeholders' management at onsite and Penetration to new business · Identification of business and program related issues, risks and track to closure or mitigation/resolution · Manage onsite/offshore teams across the globe, track the projects status and take appropriate actions in case of any slippages/issues
