About the Role

You will step into a broad and hands-on HR role in a manufacturing environment where close collaboration with managers is key. Here, HR is not a support function at a distance. You will help turn people strategy into practical action across daily operations, development initiatives and change. The role combines operational HR work with trusted advisory support, and you will work with both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups.

You will be an important partner to local business teams, helping leaders navigate employee matters, organizational questions and development needs with confidence and structure. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy being close to the business and making HR work in practice.

Job DescriptionYou will partner with local business teams and managers in operational HR matters.

You will support performance management, organizational development, people development and change management.

You will help deliver people plans and HR initiatives aligned with business needs.

You will advise line managers on HR policies, programs and local practices.

You will provide guidance on labor law, collective agreements and policy-related employee matters.

You will support development activities, smaller organizational changes and related follow-up.

You will collect, interpret and evaluate HR-related data, including remuneration-related topics when needed.

You will equip managers with tools and knowledge to lead their teams in areas such as performance, talent and career development.

You will drive onboarding plans, activities and follow-up for new employees.

You will prepare job and position descriptions and initiate recruitment processes together with the relevant stakeholders.

RequirementsYou have broad experience across the HR field, preferably from an HRM, HRBP or similar role.

You have deep knowledge of labor law.

You have experience supporting managers in operational HR issues and employee-related matters.

You have experience working with performance management, organizational development, people development and change management.

You are confident in your HR expertise and able to provide clear guidance when needed.

You work in a calm, structured and methodical way, even in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent Swedish and English.

Nice to haveExperience from a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting a mixed workforce of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
