About the Role

You will step into a role where you help drive complex projects with high business priority in a structured and security-sensitive environment. Here, you get to work close to stakeholders, support important decisions, and contribute to projects from planning through execution. The role combines coordination, stakeholder dialogue, vendor collaboration, and hands-on project leadership.

You will be involved in shaping project scope, identifying risks early, and helping create the right conditions for successful delivery. You will also contribute with project management expertise in areas such as methodology, resource planning, and the setup of local project offices. This is a strong opportunity for you who want to build experience in high-impact projects and grow in a role with broad exposure.

Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate complex projects with high internal priority.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, goals, and ways of working.

You will support discussions and negotiations with clients, vendors, and service providers.

You will help establish local project offices and contribute to effective project structures.

You will identify project risks, support mitigation planning, and follow up on progress.

You will contribute to project methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will prepare and present project updates, project cycle insights, and expected results to management.

You will help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

1-3 years relevant experience

Fluent in Swedish and English

Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
