About the Role You will join an automotive R&D environment focused on connectivity products and services that improve the experience of owning and using a vehicle. In this role, you will help drive hardware release and configuration work that supports product milestones, documentation deliveries and cross-functional alignment across development, suppliers and production-related stakeholders. You will work close to hardware, documentation, sourcing and supplier interfaces, with a clear impact on how connected products move from development into release. Job DescriptionYou will drive hardware signing and hardware release activities in line with project milestones. You will manage release of hardware part numbers and documentation for each release milestone. You will take part in design reviews and help ensure alignment across systems and release-related documentation. You will coordinate hardware release approvals, follow up deviations and support a smooth release process. You will work closely with suppliers on release planning, backlog management and delivery follow-up. You will follow up on QOP and finance-related topics connected to supplier deliveries. You will facilitate joint reviews with suppliers and help create structure across the hardware release flow. You will support factory and aftermarket stakeholders in deviation handling and hardware release activities. You will also contribute to new projects by supporting sourcing activities and related documentation. RequirementsYou have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer science, Automation or equivalent. You have product development experience from the automotive industry. You have experience working with hardware release, configuration and documentation deliveries. You are comfortable coordinating suppliers, following up deliveries and managing release-related issues. You have experience with tools such as VPDC, KDP, TCPLM, TcE, TPDS, CA, VPC, QOP, Pecca Procost, Lotus Notes, Planisware, Vira and Confluence. You are fluent in English.
