As our Quality & Compliance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring Atlas Antibodies operates in a sustainable, compliant and well-governed manner. You will own and continuously develop our Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001, while driving governance, risk and compliance processes across the organization. Working closely with Management, executive leadership and stakeholders across the Group, you will help build and maintain effective structures, processes and ways of working that support operational excellence, transparency and sound risk management. You will also contribute to our sustainability agenda through planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, including support of evolving CSRD requirements. Tasks and Mission This is a highly cross-functional role where you will act as a trusted advisor and key driver of governance, quality and compliance initiatives. Key responsibilities Act as a business partner to Management, process owners and leaders on quality, compliance and governance matters

Own and continuously develop the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement

Manage document control and governance of SOPs, policies, templates and quality records

Lead deviation handling, investigations, corrective actions and follow-up activities

Serve as system owner for the electronic Quality Management System (e-QMS)

Lead the development, review and implementation of local and Group policies, and act as Policy Owner where relevant

Support subsidiaries with audits, quality system development, policy implementation and governing documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Plan, prepare and lead internal and external audits

Drive a risk-based approach, including process and supplier risk assessments

Coordinate governance and compliance activities throughout the annual business cycle

Support sustainability initiatives and reporting

Prepare governance-related documentation and presentations for Management and the Board of Directors

Qualifications & Personal Profile You combine structure, analytical skills and strong stakeholder management with the ability to work independently and build credibility across all levels of the organization. We believe you bring 3-5+ years of experience within quality systems, compliance, governance or similar areas

Experience working with ISO 9001

Experience managing projects and driving initiatives independently

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

Relevant academic degree

Meriting qualifications Experience with sustainability reporting and CSRD-related topics

Auditor experience

Experience from a laboratory or life science environment

Knowledge of Lean or Operational Excellence methodologies

Experience from ISO 13485, GMP or other regulated environments

Experience working independently in a small organization or lean team environment

Salary: Market salary

Employment type: Preferably 75-80%, with the possibility of full-time for the right candidate
