Sales Staff 2 Positions

The Sales Staff supports China Eastern Airlines’ daily sales, customer service and market activities in Sweden.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain day-to-day contact with travel agencies, corporate customers and other sales channels;

Handle routine enquiries from customers and agents;

Support ticket sales, promotional campaigns and local marketing activities;

Collect information on market demand, competitors, fares and customer needs;

Maintain sales data, customer records and market information;

Assist with agency visits, customer maintenance and market development;

Coordinate with relevant internal departments on sales and customer-service matters;

Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Stockholm Office.
