About the Role

You will help shape and modernize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in a complex public sector environment where stability, long-term quality, and real business value matter. The work spans the full development lifecycle and combines hands-on development with solution design, architecture input, and close collaboration with stakeholders. You will work in an environment that still relies on strong on-premises capabilities while also preparing for future cloud migration initiatives using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online. It is an exciting role for you who want to solve technically demanding challenges, work close to the business, and contribute to solutions that support important services for citizens.

Job DescriptionYou will develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in on-premises environments.

You will work across the full lifecycle, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will solve complex technical challenges with clear business impact.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into sustainable technical solutions.

You will contribute to technical architecture and integration design across existing and newer platforms.

You will support upcoming cloud migration initiatives through development in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online.

You will provide technical guidance and share knowledge within the development team.

RequirementsAt least 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE Online development

Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development in on-premises environments

Experience in Dynamics CE on-premises implementation

Experience in plugin development and workflow development

Experience in integration and system development in on-premises server environments

Good knowledge of C# and .NET

Good knowledge of JavaScript

Good experience in webservices

Good experience in SQL Server

Experience with Power Apps and Power Flow

Good experience in WCF/SOAP

Good experience in REST API/web API

Experience with Dynamics 365 CE in sales, marketing, and service

Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Nice to haveExperience working with municipal or government organizations

Experience leading or coordinating development teams
