Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer
What You Will Work On
Maintain continuous communication with suppliers and provide feedback based on deviations from production or customer reports
Define and follow up on both short- and long-term corrective actions
Review and monitor 8D reports
Drive improvement initiatives with suppliers focusing on quality and cost efficiency
Participate in production and supply chain-related projects
Support supplier evaluations and drive action plans (e.g., PPM reduction)
Conduct supplier audits on a regular basis
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or similar role
Strong technical understanding (e.g., engines, gear systems, or cabling/wiring harnesses)
Experience with process audits and working according to ISO 9001
Good knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and control plans
Experience working with SAP
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment
Proactive and structured approach with focus on improvements
Fluent in English and good understanding of Swedish
