This role is for someone who can create urgency, understand value, build trust, handle objections, and close real deals.
ABOUT NORDIC INVESTIN GROUP Nordic Investin Group and its sister companies operate across education, AI, legal services, talent, staffing, digital platforms, international expansion, and capital strategy. We are building a portfolio of practical, revenue-driven businesses, and we need people who can take unclear, slow, manual, or broken areas and turn them into working systems. This is a global role. Candidates from anywhere in the world may apply. The role is designed for people comfortable with a US-style execution environment: speed, ownership, measurable output, direct feedback, and accountability. The final employing entity, assignment scope, and sister-company placement will be shared after the interview process.
YOUR MISSION Drive enterprise and corporate sales opportunities for education, staffing, AI, legal, and related group offerings. You will own the commercial journey from the first qualified conversation to a signed agreement.
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF • Identify and approach high-value B2B prospects and senior decision-makers. • Run discovery calls that uncover pain, budget, urgency, authority, and fit. • Develop proposals, offers, and commercial arguments aligned with client priorities. • Maintain momentum through professional follow-up, negotiation, and disciplined closing. • Coordinate with delivery roles to ensure sold work can be executed effectively. • Build repeatable sales playbooks for priority offers and verticals.
FIRST 90 DAYS • Build a target account list and prioritize prospects by value and urgency. • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers. • Build an active pipeline and deliver initial proposals for priority offers. • Close or materially advance the first set of B2B opportunities.
KPI FRAMEWORK Closed revenue New signed B2B deals and paid projects. Qualified meetings Meetings with prospects who match target criteria. Average deal value Value per closed or proposed opportunity. Win rate Proposals converted to signed agreements. Sales cycle length Time from qualified opportunity to close. Repeat potential Deals with expansion, renewal, or long-term partner value.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A confident commercial doer with B2B or enterprise sales experience. • Comfortable engaging with executives, owners, HR, schools, institutions, or procurement. • Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to close effectively without being pushy or reluctant. • Understands value selling and ROI logic. • Competitive, resilient, and highly accountable. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF • You need a perfectly defined role before you can start. • You prefer meetings, opinions, and process over shipped work. • You wait for instructions instead of creating the next logical step. • You avoid accountability when numbers, deadlines, or deliverables are visible. • You want a status title instead of a real operating mission. SELECTION PROCESS We do not hire based on resume language alone. We assess execution. The process may include: • An introductory conversation focused on pace, ownership, and relevant execution history. • A role-specific work sample or case assignment. We evaluate how you think and how you execute. • A practical assessment connected to the real work of Nordic Investin Group or one of its sister companies. • Reference checks with people who have seen you under pressure. • A final conversation where we present the likely company, scope, expectations, and compensation structure.
