In this growth we now need to strengthen our marketing- and sales-department with a commercially driven person who wants to join us in our journey.
The Role
This is a unique combined role with two core responsibilities: direct sales and global agent management. Half of your time will be focused on your own sales pipeline. You will work with inbound interest and SDR-generated leads, understand customer needs, lead meetings and presentations, build trust, and guide opportunities toward decision over time.
The other half of the role is a central responsibility within Safe Sky: You will own and develop Safe Sky’s global network of agents. You will be the primary point of contact for agent relationships, supporting their sales efforts and helping drive progress across multiple markets.
This role offers a rare opportunity to combine your own sales success with the ability to influence growth across multiple countries and regions. In both parts of the role, your mission is the same: create progress in long, complex, high-value sales processes.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a specific kind of salesperson. You understand how to build business over time. You are comfortable with long sales cycles, a limited number of strategically important prospects, and a sales environment where trust, persistence, and timing matter more than quick wins. You know how to stay relevant, work with structured progress, maintain momentum over time, and understand what that actually means in practice. You have the ability and patience to move opportunities forward even when decisions take time.
You have experience of:
B2B sales with long and complex sales cycles (12+ months)
Working with a few high-value accounts rather than high volume
Outbound sales and managing your own pipeline
Running meetings, presentations, and demos in English
Working in a structured, disciplined, and independent way
It is a strong advantage if you also have experience from SaaS, aviation, airports, international business, or partner-led sales models.
