Role Overview:
As a member of Solution Engineer chapter, you will play a key role at the intersection of finance domain expertise and digital solution delivery. you will support projects initiatives and activities across our solution engineers’ chapter, contributing analytical, business, and data driven insights that support both internal teams and global markets outcomes. This internship provides good opportunities to work across multiple tasks. In this role Communication is key. We are in regular dialogue with stockholders across the markets and products.intern will operate at the intersection of IT operations, business stakeholders, external vendors, and VFS.
This position offers a dynamic and international work environment where you will collaborate with high skills colleagues and customers across different cultures and countries.Your Future TeamYou will join the Solution Engineering Chapter – Retail & Wholesale, reporting to the Chapter Lead, and working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team driving digital excellence across markets.We operate in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment where innovation, ownership, and teamwork are key to delivering industry-leading customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor technical tasks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing initiatives • Ensure clear visibility of progress, blockers, and dependencies in project activities • Coordinate daily and weekly follow-ups with technical teams to secure delivery progress • Support planning and breakdown of work into trackable tasks and activities • Maintain and update task tracking tools, dashboards, and status reports • Facilitate and document technical meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions • Actively follow up on open items to ensure timely execution and closure • Coordinate communication between solution engineers, IT teams, vendors, and markets • Identify risks, delays, and inconsistencies in execution and escalate when needed • Contribute to improving ways of working, tracking methods, and reporting structures • Support creation of structured documentation, process flows, and technical overviews
Skills & Competencies:
• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, IT, or Project Management • Good understanding of project management principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Comfortable working both independently and in a team • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset • Interest in digital solutions, IT operations, and agile ways of working • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
