About the Role
You will join a major transformation within the custody area, where a new IT platform is being introduced to future-proof services and operations. In this role, you combine data stewardship, data mapping, and reference data management with a strong hands-on focus.
You will help make sure business requirements are translated into clear and traceable data mappings, that reference data is defined and governed consistently, and that data assets are aligned and usable across integrations and downstream consumption. The focus is not on data modeling, but on making sure mappings, reference data, and schema inputs are correct, complete, and ready for implementation. Job DescriptionYou will translate business requirements into clear, structured, and traceable data mappings.
You will define, govern, and maintain reference data so it is used consistently across solutions.
You will secure alignment and control of data assets across integrations and downstream consumers.
You will support integration teams with clear schema inputs and mapping logic that can be implemented effectively.
You will work hands-on with GitHub-based data mapping workflows and agents to maintain mappings in a structured and version-controlled way.
You will collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders in a complex environment.
RequirementsSeveral years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services.
Experience working with regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives.
Proven ability to write clear, structured, and implementable business requirements.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
Experience working in complex stakeholder environments involving business and IT teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to haveExperience from a highly tech-focused area within financial services.
