About the Role

This is a role for you who want to create real impact in a large-scale agile organization with a strong connection to software and product development. You will help teams and leaders improve how value is created, prioritized, and delivered, with a clear focus on delivery capability, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

You will work broadly across teams and leadership, strengthening shared ways of working and helping the organization move from larger initiatives to smaller, value-delivering increments. The role goes well beyond facilitating ceremonies and gives you the opportunity to influence meaningful change across the organization.

Job DescriptionYou will coach Scrum Masters and help strengthen their impact in day-to-day agile work.

You will support teams in building stronger ownership, delivery capability, and continuous improvement.

You will improve flow from idea to production and help remove obstacles that slow down delivery.

You will help teams break down larger initiatives into smaller increments that create value faster.

You will strengthen collaboration and coordination between teams and improve how dependencies are managed.

You will act as a partner to leadership and contribute to clearer prioritization, refinement, and execution of larger initiatives.

You will identify improvement opportunities proactively and help drive change initiatives across the organization.

You will support the continued evolution of shared operating models and ways of working across teams.

You will help the organization stay focused on what creates the greatest value and improve the ability to deliver more frequently.

RequirementsExperience coaching both teams and leadership groups.

Experience from large-scale agile organizations.

Strong understanding of modern software development and product development practices.

Experience working in environments where ownership is distributed across multiple teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent facilitation skills, especially in meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.

Willingness and ability to travel between offices when needed.

Fluent Swedish and the ability to work comfortably in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to haveExperience with modern engineering practices, DevOps, and AI-enabled software development.
