About the Role
You will join a Service Integration Office where you help coordinate, follow up, and improve IT services delivered by both internal teams and external providers. In this role, you work closely with service owners and suppliers to make sure services follow agreed processes, quality levels, and governance models.
You will get broad exposure to IT operations and key ITSM processes such as incident, request, problem, and change management. This is a great opportunity for you who want to build a strong foundation in service integration while contributing to reporting, governance, and continuous improvement in a professional IT environment.
Job DescriptionYou support day-to-day work related to IT change management, reporting, and other IT service management activities.
You help coordinate follow-up with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You maintain service documentation, operational procedures, and governance material.
You contribute to service reporting, KPI follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You participate in operational meetings, reviews, and service follow-ups.
RequirementsEducation in IT or equivalent practical experience.
An interest in IT service management, IT operations, or service integration.
Good understanding of ITIL concepts, including incident, change, problem, and service management.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in Swedish and English.
A structured and reliable way of working, with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop in a professional IT environment.
Nice to haveExperience with ServiceNow.
Experience working with suppliers.
Experience from IT operations.
