Your Mission
Identify, structure, and activate strategic partnerships for Nordic Investin Group and its sister companies.
You will turn relationships into:
Measurable market access
Referrals
Joint offerings
Revenue opportunities
What You Will Take Ownership Of
Map potential partners across education, staffing, AI, legal, corporate, public sector, and international markets
Create outreach, partnership proposals, and collaboration models with clear commercial logic
Move partner conversations from interest to signed cooperation and an active pipeline
Build referral, channel, distribution, or co-delivery structures when useful
Track partner activity, value, next steps, and revenue contribution
Maintain relationship quality while keeping partnership work accountable to measurable results
First 90 Days
Define priority partner categories and target lists
Schedule conversations with high-potential partners in selected markets
Create a partnership proposal framework and activation tracker
Advance the first partnerships toward signed agreements or pilot-stage collaboration
KPI Framework
Active partner pipeline
Qualified partner opportunities with clear next steps
Signed partnerships
Agreements or pilot collaborations confirmed
Partner-sourced revenue
