About the role We are currently seeking an individual to join our Locker Network Division in Sweden, with the exciting opportunity to be part of our significant growth journey. Our locker network has rapidly expanded to thousands of boxes across multiple countries, and we have ambitious plans for the future. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to one of Sweden`s fastest-growing companies and play a key role in enabling our continued expansion.
Some of your key responsibilities As a Locker Location Sales Associate, you will play a crucial, highly commercial role in driving our expansion. This position demands a high level of activity, relentless solution-oriented thinking, and true grit. You will be actively involved in identifying and securing partnerships with location hosts for our lockers across various regions. In this role, you will:
Proactively identify, approach, and secure new locker locations through outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
Build lasting relationships with property owners, retailers, and other potential partners.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new locker locations.
Spot new market opportunities and bring creative ideas that help expand and optimize our locker network.
About you We’re seeking a proactive, sales-driven individual with a strong "can-do" attitude - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a large volume of contacts simultaneously, and consistently pushes discussions forward to close deals and deliver results.

Qualifications
Demonstrated success in B2B sales or a related commercial field.
Experience working with or within the grocery chain sector is highly meritorious, as understanding the retail landscape is key to our expansion strategy.
Experience from a fast-paced industry where high activity is the norm.
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
A bachelor`s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is a plus, but not required.
